.CONDITIONS ARE FAVORABLE FOR WIDESPREAD DENSE FOG TONIGHT. FOG AND LIGHT DRIZZLE WERE ALREADY BEGINNING TO DEVELOP ACROSS
PORTIONS OF THE FLORIDA BIG BEND THIS EVENING…AND WILL CONTINUE TO SPREAD FARTHER INLAND AND WESTWARD AS THE NIGHT GOES ON. MOST OF THE ADVISED AREA WILL HAVE DENSE FOG AFTER 1 AM EST (MIDNIGHT CST). THIS FOG IS LIKELY TO PERSIST UNTIL LATE MORNING SUNDAY.

the National Weather Service in tallahassee has issued a dense fog advisory, which is in effect until 10 AM EST /9 AM cst/
sunday.

* visibility, one quarter of a mile or less.

* impacts, poor visibility will create hazardous conditions on the roadways.

precautionary/preparedness actions…

a dense fog advisory means visibilities will frequently be
reduced to less than one quarter mile. if driving, slow down, use your low beam headlights, and leave plenty of distance ahead of you. watch out for pedestrians using the roadways.
